We are pleased to announce that subject to the approval of the High Court of Ireland, and certain regulatory approvals, Euro Insurances DAC (trading as Leaseplan Insurance) intends to merge with ALD Re plc. An application will be made to the High Court on 18 April 2024 at 11 am seeking confirmation of the proposed merger. Where confirmed by the High Court, the proposed merger will take effect on 30 April 2024. For further information, please see the attached legal notice.
